You may cancel your reservation no later than 6 hours before your arrival time.
In case of delay, no later than 30 minutes, you may contact Osteria Ime at +39331 121 7733.
In case of delay, without notice, we will contact the customer by phone.
Please note that all sales are final and no refunds will be made.
Children under 8 years of age are not allowed in the restaurant.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND ALLERGIES
During the reservation process you may specify any dietary intolerances or restrictions, if there are none please write “None” in the space provided.
We cannot guarantee the acceptance of allergies specified less than 24 hours before the reservation, and we cannot guarantee the total absence of contamination.
RESPECT FOR ANIMALS
We love pets, and they are welcome only if they are small and accompanied by responsible owners.
