GENERAL CONDITIONS
You can cancel your reservation no more than 6 hours before the arrival time. In case of no-show, without notice, it will be considered a No Show and 50 euros per person will be charged.
In case of delay, no later than 30 minutes, you can contact Osteria Ime on +39331 121 7733.
In case of delay, without notice, the customer will be contacted by telephone. In case of no response, after 30 minutes, it will be considered a No Show and 50 euros per person will be charged to the credit card.
Please note that all sales are final and there are no refunds. In case of need to reschedule the reservation, the prepayment can be converted into a gift card if requested at least two months before the reservation.
Children under 8 years old are not allowed in the restaurant..
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND ALLERGIES
Before confirming the reservation, please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies for you or your guests. We cannot guarantee the acceptance of allergies specified less than 24 hours before booking, and we cannot guarantee the total absence of contamination.
